Your order will be delivered to your building or your apartment’s door either by a courier or a transport company. Once you have completed your order, you will see the available shipping methods.

The available shipping methods will depend on the size of the ordering product and the delivery area you choose. The following are detailed below:

  • 2. COURIER - DELIVERY TO THE PAVEMENT OF YOUR BUILDING
  • 3. TRANSPORT - DELIVERY TO YOUR APARTMENT IN ANY FLOOR
  • 4. TRANSPORT – PICK UP FROM THE AGENCY OF THE TRANSPORT COMPANY

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND DAY?

When the order delivers to the transport company for the shipping, they are responsible for the day and time of delivery.


So as soon as the order arrives in your area the transport company will inform you for the delivery day and time! So, if you want a specific time, you can make an appointment with the distributor (if possible) or ask the transport company who will call you on request.


COULD THE TRANSPORT COMPANY PUT MY ORDER INSIDE MY HOUSE OR MOVE THEM UPSTAIRS?

If you wish to have the products delivered inside your home, then there is an extra charge for this service and you will need to select it in "Step 3: Choose a delivery method". If you have chosen to have your order delivered by a transport company at your building pavement, then the delivery will be in front of your building at the pavement.


I WOULD LIKE YOU TO ASSEMBLE THE PRODUCTS I HAVE ORDERED

Our company can assemble the products you have ordered - please note that we only provide assembly by our technical department in Athens, Thessaloniki, Drama, Serres & Kavala upon request.


WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER? CAN I KNOW IT BEFORE I COMPLETE THE ORDER?

The shipping cost depends on the dimensions and the size of the items, plus on the delivery address. In order to see how much the shipping costs, select the products you want, add them to your shopping cart and after filling in the address where the products will be delivered, the exact shipping cost will be automatically displayed. Don't stress, the process is not binding up to this point!


IF I COME TO YOUR SHOWROOM TO ORDER, WILL THE PRICES BE THE SAME AS THE ONLINE STORE?

Yes. Prices remain the same in both e-shop and in our showrooms.


CAN I COME TO PICK UP MY ORDER FROM YOUR FACILITIES?

It is possible to pick up your order from our warehouses between 10:00-16:00 Monday-Friday and Saturday 10:00-14:00. In this case you will need to let us know the day you want to visit us to pick up minimum one day before your pick up in order to prepare your order!


I LIKE A PRODUCT BUT I WOULD LIKE IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR AND DIMENSION? CAN THIS BE DONE?

All our products are available in the dimensions and colours available in our site - you can see all your options in the related products. There is no possibility of custom-made furniture.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS IMPORTED OR GREEK? WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF THE IMPORTED PRODUCTS?

Our company cooperates with many factories and suppliers from Europe, Asia and Greece.


WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check all parts of the products for any defects and when all products are in perfect condition you can proceed to assembly.


This checking process does not have to be done at the exact moment you get the items. However, when you check them at the moment of their delivery and you discover that the delivered parcel, by the transport company, is in poor condition, it is advisable to proceed with a refusal of the delivery at that very moment.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF WHAT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE?

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us for immediate settlement of the order. It is a necessary condition that any form of assembly has not taken place beforehand.


I RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT I DON'T LIKE IT AND WANT TO RETURN IT. CAN I?

In case you receive a product that you do not like, please contact us for the immediate settlement of the order. It is a necessary condition that any form of assembly has not taken place beforehand. The initial shipping costs as well as the return costs are non-refundable.


I RETURNED MY ORDER BECAUSE I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND I DO NOT WISH TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE. IS THERE A REFUND?

It is a necessary condition that no form of assembly has taken place beforehand. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


If you buy from pakketo but ultimately do not like the product then a refund is made excluding the cost of shipping and return delivery.


WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT IS REFERRED TO AS 'SOLD OUT' OR 'EXPECTED'?

'SOLD OUT' means that the product is sold out and it is unlikely that a new delivery will be made in the future.


'EXPECTED' means that the product is out of stock but is expected to be picked up again on the date indicated.


If the date of the new pickup is not indicated, you can enter your email by clicking on the "When will it be available?" button, so that we can notify you as soon as the product is available.
